Solving Life's Problem using math?

The reason why I love math is because there are basic laws.  And if you abide by them, you will get to a solution. You should apply this same principle is life. If you are trying to achieve a goal, it is important to know the formula to get to it. Don’t be one of those people who are arbitrarily shooting at random targets.

There is a saying that if you don’t have a target, you will hit it every time. Meaning, if you don’t have any direction, you get there every time because there is no destination.

If you apply the simple principles to get to where you are trying to go, you will eventually get there sooner or later.

If you want to be a professional basketball player, given you have the right genes, height, speed, muscle, etc.; you’ll become one if you put in the work. You must decide what position you want to play and the work that is required to get there. The percentage of people who are slated to get to the NBA is less than 1%. You need to find out what that 1% did to get to the NBA.

Now, I know your chances of walking up to Michael Jordan and LeBron James are slim. But, if you read their books, follow their blogs, YouTube Channels and consume their thoughts; they will give you ‘the secret’ to their success.

Now, the next step is up to you! You have the formula to become successful. But, are you willing to put in the time, practice, dedication, reading, good grades, not partying with your friends, or listening to your coach to get there?

A lot of people complain about not being successful, but if you ask what have done to make sure they are successful daily, you’ll find that they haven’t done anything. They ONLY think they are going to successful. Thinking is just the start; you have to put action behind it.

Takeaways:

Learn to solve your life issues and desires by using mathematical principles. Write down your goals. Find out what it is going to take to accomplish them. And put in the work to accomplish them.
